A 30-45 min meeting to understand your vision & needs for your project.

From your design concepts to your space plans and color palette, we’ll use every tool in our tool box to give you the space you deserve.

Upon approval of designs, we’ll finalize selection of any necessary materials and finishes.

We’ll handle all aspects of ordering fixtures, furniture or textiles needed for your project.

Your ideas, your inspiration, and your feedback!
We have a new client questionnaire that you’ll fill out when you first start working with us, which will capture your inspiration & vision for the space. From there, we rely heavily on your feedback throughout the process to ensure your space/project comes to life exactly as you’ve imagined it!

Absolutely! Whether it’s a sofa, a rug, a bed frame or dad’s favorite chair, we love incorporating pieces you already have, it makes spaces feel that much more unique and personal — we just ask that you let us know any pre-existing items you’d like to incorporate at the start of your project!

It actually works qyuite similarly to in-person design, with the primary difference being all our design meetings just happen via Zoom or Facetime!
We’ll work with you (and the assistance of technology) to get all the measurements we need in order to create your floor plans, renderings and layouts. We’ll also still handle all of the sourcing & procurement for you through our vast network of trade retailers, sampling resources and receiving warehouses!

Yes, financing options are available.

Absolutely! As renters for years, we always looked for easy/renter-friendly ways to make our spaces feel like our own. We firmly believe that everyone deserves to have a space they love, and we welcome all renter projects!

Yes! If your space is still mid-construction, we just ask for at least 70% dry wall to be completed for our partial renovation services, and we welcome all full renovation projects.

This varies greatly depending on a number of factors, namely, the scope of the project.
Our full renovation projects can range from months to a year even. Smaller projects can typically take 1-2 months from kickoff to completion once the design process has begun, but once again, this can vary greatly depending on revisions and/or availability of furnishings.

To clients outside of the U.S., we can offer our virtual design service only.

Given the creative nature of our work, design fees and gift cards are non-refundable. However, any non-custom furniture/fixtures purchases that are able to be returned will be refunded, less any return fees and/or shipping costs.

Nope! There are no required minimum budgets. We work with budgets of all sizes, and are happy to provide estimates for various phases of the project based on our experiences.

At this time, we are focused only on the interiors aspect of our business and do not offer exterior services — but this may change in the future!
