What’s needed from me to get started on a project?

We have a new client questionnaire for you to fill out when you first start working with us which will capture your inspiration & vision for the space. From there, we rely heavily on your feedback throughout the process to ensure your space/project comes to life exactly as you’ve imagined it!
How does virtual design work?
It actually works very similarly to in-person design, with the primary difference being all our design meetings just happen via Zoom or Facetime! We’ll work with you (and the assistance of technology) to get all the measurements we need in order to create your floor plans, renderings and room layouts. We’ll also still handle all of the sourcing & procurement for you through our vast network of trade retailers and receiving warehouses!
Do you offer renter-friendly options?
Absolutely! As a renter for years, I was always looking for easy/renter-friendly ways to make our space feel like our own. We firmly believe that everyone deserves to have a space they love, and we welcome all renter projects! We do offer a slight discount on rental/apartment projects.
Do you take on new builds or mid-construction projects?
Yes! If your space is still mid-construction, we just ask for at least 70% dry wall to be completed for our standard service.
Do you offer event styling services?
Yes! Please refer to our Event Styling Service, available both locally and virtually. These projects are quoted on a per event basis — filling out our contact form will allow us to put together a proposal for your event!
How long does the whole project take?
That depends! Our full service projects involving large scale renovations can range from months to a year even. Our standard service projects typically take 1-2 months from kickoff to completion once the design process has begun, but this can vary depending on revisions and/or availability of furnishings.
Can you work with me even if I’m outside the U.S?

What is your refund policy?
Given the creative nature of our work, design fees and gift cards are non-refundable. However, any non-custom furniture/fixtures purchases able to be returned will be refunded, less any return fees and/or shipping costs.
Is there a minimum budget I need to have for furnishings?
Nope! There is no minimum budget required, however, we are happy to provide estimated ranges per room based on our experiences.
Can you work with stuff I already have?
Absolutely! Whether it’s a sofa, a rug, a bed frame or dad’s favorite chair, we can absolutely work with any furniture pieces you already have and would like to incorporate into your finished design — we just ask that you let us know these up front!
Do you offer exterior services?
At this time, we are very focused on the interiors aspect of our business and do not offer exterior services — but this may change in the future!
