Full Service

Ideal for clients looking to undertake large scale renovations or remodels, and gives us the ability to manage all aspects of design from concept to installation, including procurement and project management of other trades. The full scope of services may include:

  • Design Concepts

  • Floor Plan / Space Planning

  • 3D Modeling

  • Materials Sampling

  • Sourcing / Procurement

  • Project Management / Site Checks

  • Installation & Styling

Standard Service

Our standard service can be purchased per room, and is suitable for projects where clients aren’t looking to undertake a large scale renovation. This service primarily focuses on design and sourcing of furnishings, but installation/styling options are available. Sourcing & procurement is priced separately, as it varies based on the scope of each project, but typically our clients will opt to include our sourcing & procurement services as it allows for a more streamlined process while giving them exclusive access to our network of trade vendors.

  • 3D Modeling

  • Materials Sampling

  • Sourcing / Procurement (priced separately)

  • Installation / Styling Options (available for an additional fee)

Mini Service

Similar to our standard design service, but for smaller spaces! A great option for renters or city dwellers.

Whether it’s styling the mantle, getting that garland just right, or trying to figure out where to put all those bows, we’ll help bring your holiday vision to life!

Please note, this is not a full design service, and does not include sourcing — you must provide all items to be used in styling.
